Spacious (1,511 sq ft.) great natural light & energy. 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bath + Private Office (3rd Bed) w/sleeper sofa, Desk & TV. Open Plan single story/no stairs patio home w/ vaulted ceilings, 4 Solar tubes to bathe it in light. The Kitchen (fully loaded) with newer S.S. appliances. It lives more like a single family home than any condo. Two living areas have large TV's (Great Room & Den). Two Bedrooms (1 King & 1 Queen), 2 full baths, a 3rd Bedroom set up as a Den/Office. Three new HD TV's (50''/Great room, 42" Master'', 42" Roku TV in Den). The Den has a desk w/ WIFI, TV, sleeper sofa & lounge chair. It is a 2nd living room. Enjoy the large covered patio where you can enjoy drinks, use our grill, dine or just relax or read on the comfortable love seat & lounge chairs. The High Efficiency washer/dryer make doing laundry an easy task. Your car will have an assigned Covered Carport (no garage) and there is plenty of additional parking, but you may not need any car much as you will be walking distance to all downtown from this location. Summary: The kitchen was well stocked with every tool you could want and some spices/oils/cupboard essentials. The internet speed was great. And the whole home was very clean. I highly recommend staying here.

Summary: This could have been the cleanest place I’ve ever seen. Unbelievably nice owners who couldn’t have been more accommodating. Everything had been thought of. Each little detail makes your stay so much nicer. They even came and took out the garbage during the stay. I hate to give such a glowing review as it make not be available the next time we need it!! A definite keeper that we will use again in the future.

Summary: Comfortable, clean, well stocked. Quiet, walkable neighborhood within walking distance of the downtown area. Just what we needed for a six week stay in Fountain Hills. The owners, Ruth and Dennis, lived close by and were gracious and accommodating. I would recommend this home for short or long term stays.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Fountain Hills Home from January thru March of 2019. We loved the home, Fountain Hills, the parks, weather and yes, even the desert. Biking and hiking are big activities for us and the area has lot of places to do that. The hosts were wonderful too. We enjoyed the experience so much we have already reserved the home for January thru March, 2020.

Summary: We (2 adults and a dog) thoroughly enjoyed the stay. We loved the house, city, parks, and yes, even the desert. The hosts were great too. We always get away for the winter as we are from Minneapolis, but we like going to different places every year. This will be the first time we have returned to the same place 2 years in a row - we liked the experience so well we already reserved the months of January - March of 2020. That says it all!
